As strange as it may seem there is a train from Strasburg to Paradise. It takes place in Pennsylvania.
My family is visiting from Poland and I am taking them on various trips to “taste” the differences of American life and lifestyle. The Strasburg – Paradise train ride took us through the rural country of the Amish. In a way it was perfect to take this trip in April, during the school year, since there were about three people per train car. Great photo opportunity, as you will see below. The actual trip in only about 45 minutes both ways. On the way the conductor presents various facts about the places that we pass. There is an opportunity to exit halfway there, have a picnic lunch, and catch the next train back. People do that a lot in the summer. It was a real pleasure to travel in these beautifully decorated train cars.
Pięknie ci powychodziły zdjęcia tych wnętrz. Wyglądają bardzo “royal” i … pusto.
