Before World War II there was a large and thriving Jewish population in many regions in Poland. Now what is left of them are their cemeteries – abandoned, because there is no one left to care for them. They are preserved as a memorial to this and future generations of the rich culture and tradition of the Jewish people.

a wonderful place. I visited the big Jewish cementery in Berlin some weeks ago. It was a bit similar to this one. Have a nice day, regards Mitza
