This is winter of last year. It was long, and cold, and had much too much snow. Imprisoned in ice, the leaves look undoubtedly beautiful, glinting in the morning sun. To me this photograph represents the best of winter, although I am the last person to enjoy that season 😉

Mine did. The icy coating did not stay long. The sun melted half of the ice that day. The rest next day 🙂

Lovely catch. You certainly have to take these shots rights away as even in winter, the sun can melt ice and snow rather rapidly.
