Iron gates have interesting motifs.
I like finding patterns and designs in unexpected places; places where one normally does not looks for inspiration. This time I found them in metal gates, fences, and even the old sewing machine table. The latter I discovered in an outdoor restaurant where it served as a table for two. So while we were waiting to be served, I took the opportunity to photograph the iron head of the Indian that adorned the table.
People pass this fence every day going to work, waiting for a bus, lazily strolling past. I wonder how many of them ever notice the ornament on it; perhaps I am the only one who finds this theme intriguing.
